As you move through life it is sometimes helpful to consider your life from a new perspective in order to understand yourself better and to discover what is really important to you. There are times when you may feel removed from yourself, lacking self-confidence or in conflict with those around you or acutely aware of your own internal conflicts and repeating patterns of behaviour. It might be a childhood trauma or managing a stressful situation that makes life difficult to cope with. Perhaps you are facing a crisis and experiencing strong feelings of anxiety or discomfort and dissatisfaction that leads you to question how you  are living your life.

Psychotherapy is a process that gives you time and space in a professional and confidential relationship to ask these questions. It offers you an opportunity to reflect on how you make sense of your past and how you respond to the present and prepare for the future.
